Ecover's Plastic Pop Up Store

Skin friendly cleaning brand Ecover are hosting a two day pop up in London's Covent Garden to mark the launch of their new 100% recycled plastic packaging. Customers are being encouraged to bring in a piece of plastic to be recycled into new packaging and in return with receive a free a coffee and a bite to eat.

The ecover cafe educates consumers on the do’s and dont’s of recycling in a more engaging and 'instagrammable' space, provoking further thought around plastic usage and waste.

Plastic waste is a hot topic in the UK right now, with more and more consumers wanting to buy from brands who have sustainable or ethical environmental values. Visitors to the pop up could sign up and pledge to learn more about their plastic usage as part of Ecovers ongoing newsletter program.

It's great to see environmental education in an experience setting. The ecover pop up was used purely as an informative platform, with no products available to purchase reminding us that pop ups don't always have to be about selling product.
