Paris Fashion Week Menswear Autumn Winter 19: Top 5 Takeouts

Take a quick look at BDA London's Top 5 takeouts from across the Paris Men's show...

Key Theme: Oversize Silhouettes

Oversized tops with dropped shoulders and bottoms with wider legs appeared on the catwalk of both smart and casual collections.

Colour: Canary Yellow

Canary yellow created a vibrant statement on the catwalk with co-ord looks, statement colour layers at Givenchy and longline outerwear. A playful tone that can be widely used in casual collections and used as an accent within smarter collections.

Print: Continuous Print

Continuous prints offer up print opportunities for printed garments other than t-shirts. Strongly represented in outerwear, Valentino displayed a strong collection of playful prints, full of attitude and colour on a variety of materials.

Detail: Front Crease

Front creases were identified on smart, casualwear and denim, providing pants with a visual update.

Key Item: Puffer Jackets

Puffer jackets and gillets were all over the Paris catwalks. Bigger is better with these oversized, tightly packed pillow like jackets.
